100% FTE, Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with rotating weekends. You will work at the Junction Road Clinic in Madison, WI.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our ambulatory teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who has:
- Strong passion for Endocrinology
- Clinical rotations or past work experience in Endocrinology
You will also:
- Provide care primarily to patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis and/or general endocrine disorders.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to both well and ill patients in an outpatient (85%) and inpatient setting (15%).
- Participate in the daily functions of the Diabetes Management Service.
- Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of patients/families with acute, chronic and/or potential health problems.
Education:
Minimum –
If Nurse Practitioner:Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure.
If Nurse Practitioner:Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Adult; Adult/Gerontology Acute Care; Adult/Gerontology Primary Care; Emergency; Family.
If Physician Assistant:Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
Active PA board certification.
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have:
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
*Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice.
