Job Overview:
Corel Consulting is seeking a motivated and skilled Part-Time Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This remote role involves handling full-desk recruitment responsibilities across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of remote work experience, demonstrate expertise in end-to-end recruitment, and possess a strong ability to attract and manage clients. With flexible hours and potential to transition into a full-time role, this opportunity offers commission for acquiring new clients and increased compensation for those with HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across multiple industries.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, providing a high level of service to both clients and candidates.
- Proactively seek new clients, earning commission for each new client brought on board.
- Use various recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Utilize ATS systems to manage candidate pipelines (experience with ATS systems is a plus).
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Participate in the overall growth of the business by expanding the client base and building long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working in a remote setting.
- Proven experience in full-desk recruitment across various industries.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Project Management Tools is a plus!
- HR experience is a huge benefit and may lead to increased compensation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to business development and client acquisition.
