Location: North Suburban Medical Center
Address: 9191 Grant, Thornton, CO 802229
Floor: 1 & 2 (two pods)
- Pod A: 12 beds
- Pod B: 16 beds
- Total Number of Beds: 28
- Number of Staff: 42
- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, number of nurses depends on census/acuity
- Night Shift: 0
- Patient Ratios: Typically 1:2, can be 1:1 or 1:3 depending on acuity
- Type of Equipment: Pyxis, Plum Pump IVs, GE bedside monitors, Nelcor, Arctic Sun, Sub Zero EMR, Meditech
Qualifications
Must have:
- Experience in the ICU setting (medical/surgical/neuro/trauma)
- BLS/ACLS certification
- 2 years ICU experience
Preferred:
Patient Population
Neuro surgical, Trauma (level III, going to level II this year), cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, ETOH/Drug WD, all vented patients.
