Job Description
Competitive Weekly Pay
Competitive Compensation ranging from $75-85 Per Visit | $110-$120 Per Start of Care. Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and number of visits worked. The bottom range indicates little to no experience; the top range indicates highly skilled and experienced.

Responsibilities:
Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
Provide nursing skills such as central line dressing changes, drawing labs, NG/GT education/support, wound care, wound vac changes, and ostomy support.
Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.
Qualifications:
Current Colorado Registered Nurse License is required.
Active Nursing License in good standing (required).
Attention to Detail.
Time Management Skills.
Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution.
Good Organization and Effective Communication.
Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred).
Home Health Experience (preferred).
