Job Summary
The Residence Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a healthcare facility, ensuring that all aspects of patient care and staff management are conducted efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong background in nursing and patient assessment, particularly within an inpatient setting. The Residence Manager will work closely with medical staff to maintain high standards of care, promote a positive environment for both patients and staff, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the residence, ensuring quality patient care is delivered consistently.
- Conduct patient assessments to determine needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to monitor vital signs and manage medical-surgical cases.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols within the facility.
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers to enhance patient experience.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled workforce.
- Implement policies and procedures that promote effective clinic operations.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by patients or staff promptly and professionally.
Experience
- A valid nursing license with experience in an inpatient setting is essential.
- Previous experience working in a Level II Trauma Center is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with patient assessment techniques and vital signs monitoring is required.
- Experience in emergency room (ER) settings or primary care clinics is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration among healthcare professionals.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
