Job Objective
Utilizing safe judgement and assessment skills, coordinates, implements, and evaluates plan of care for clients served. Ensures all client health needs are being met. Coordinates with the interdisciplinary health care team.
Minimum Requirements
- Current WI Registered RN License, BSN preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years medical-surgical experience
- 2 years Home Health experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to see, read, write, hear and speak effectively
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Transportation to travel to and from homes
- Ability to safely perform all of the essential job functions without causing harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation
- When utilizing a personal vehicle, a valid license and proof of current vehicle liability insurance coverage, as well as a driving record that complies with the St. Camillus Safe Driving Policy.
