Registered Nurse – Long Term Care
Our client is currently looking for an experienced RN to join our dedicated Long-Term Care team at their healthcare facility located in a vibrant community in Nebraska.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering medications, treatments, and personalized care to residents based on individual care plans.
- Monitoring and assessing residents' conditions, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Providing emotional support to residents and their families, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided and residents' progress.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid nursing license (RN) in the state of Nebraska.
- Strong dedication to providing compassionate care to seniors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
