About The Role: As a CBRE Client Consulting Consultant, you will oversee a variety of research initiatives used in the development of client deliverables. This job is part of the Client Consulting function.
What You'll Do:
- Review financial information and additional data for a range of deliverables provided by the team. Examples include market plans, process improvements, management practices, and business unit communications.
- Study fiscal impact of real estate transactions using net present value analysis, IRR, and company and/or client-specific processes.
- Present research on industry best practices and benchmarks to the client and develop strategic real estate plans.
- Work with cross-functional internal teams to meet the business unit's real estate requirements.
- Suggest initiatives to reduce cost and increase value for the client's portfolio.
- Aid with real estate-related communications for senior client representatives.
- Develop reports to encourage optimization across many activities. Examples include organizational design, process improvement, and management practices.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of own job subject area and broad knowledge of several job fields within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
- Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
- Work within broad guidelines and policies.
- Explain difficult or critical information.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Real Estate license, as required by the State.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new point of view on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Client Consulting Consultant position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
