Overview
The Owner/Director plays a pivotal role in leading and managing the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for social work and behavioral health, capable of developing programs that meet the needs of clients while maintaining operational excellence. The Owner/Director will oversee all aspects of the organization, including budgeting, program development, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and organizational growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, staff, and community partners.

- Advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting their rights and well-being within the community.

Requirements
- Proven experience in budgeting and financial management.
