Overview
The Owner/Director plays a pivotal role in leading and managing the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for social work and behavioral health, capable of developing programs that meet the needs of clients while maintaining operational excellence. The Owner/Director will oversee all aspects of the organization, including budgeting, program development, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and organizational growth.
Manage the organization's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, staff, and community partners.
Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
Oversee program development and management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting their rights and well-being within the community.
Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

Proven experience in budgeting and financial management.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Background in social work or behavioral health is highly desirable.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
Expertise in program development and management within a similar setting.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
