We are seeking a Senior Clinical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Revenue Cycle, Denials, and Case Management. They excel in creating and managing validation processes, developing supporting documentation, and providing training and communication to internal stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Validation and Coordination:
- Coordination of data manipulation with engineers for validation of development.
- Provide scenarios for data validation.
- Review sprint plans and create front-end testing plans.
- Perform internal user acceptance testing and end-to-end testing for each release, focusing on upcoming implementation needs.
- Provide reactive support for unplanned fixes.
- Work closely with Product to understand requirements and articulate them to Engineering.
- Understand all Xsolis products and provide guidance to Engineering to ensure all products on the platform complement one another and result in a positive user experience.
- Work with Product to prioritize issues as they are reported internally and externally.
- Support and Documentation:
- Create Knowledge Base Articles for Customer Support.
- Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting front-end scenarios.
- Work with Product to maintain a Known Issues List for internal use.
- Consult on release notes and end user communication.
- Support for internal stakeholders to understand issues reported by clients then translate to engineers for the purpose of troubleshooting.
- Training and Communication:
- Train and support internal stakeholders on product changes as development progresses.
- Partner with Training and Product teams to develop educational materials for internal and external education of the Dragonfly platform.
- Collaborate with Operations for relevant tasks.
- Serve as an escalation point for Customer Support in troubleshooting front-end scenarios prior to engaging Product or Development.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Proven experience in clinical data analysis, testing, and validation.
- Understanding Revenue Cycle, Denials, and Case Management.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not have any direct reports and is a single contributor role.
Working Environment and Travel Requirements
- Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.
- Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No significant stooping is usually required.
- Ability to travel to Nashville up to 10% (preferred).
