They are an independently owned and operated practice that strives to always provide high-quality medicine for their patients and ensure client care. They place a strong emphasis on continuous learning for both veterinarians and staff, encouraging them to delve deeper into their knowledge beyond basic understanding to enhance patient care. As they continue to be a great close-knit team they have fun teambuilding activities, including trail rides, comedy shows, and top golf. Clear and open communication is at the core of their success, promoting collaboration within the team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Their great facility offers a variety of services such as pain management, stem cell therapy, and internal medicine. For top-of-line equipment, they provide ultrasound, radiology, boarding, cold laser therapy, a mobile CT machine, X-rays, and in-house bloodwork.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Nurture and maintain client relationships
- Diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries
- Perform general wellness exams and routine surgeries
- Educate clients and staff on treatment options and recommendations
- Collaborate with other team members on cases
- Operate diagnostic equipment and interpret results
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program is required
- Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Arizona
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in surgery and outpatient is preferred
- New Graduates are Welcome to Apply - training and mentorship provided!
- Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and grow new methods of practicing
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
