JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Training Analyst to join our growing team.
The Opportunity
Training Analysts are responsible for utilizing sales/marketing experience and leadership skillsets to develop education strategy and create the scope of each project to align and support the goals and objectives of the business. The role also includes delivering product, sales, and systems training for external and internal customers of all types.
This is a remote position. You may be based out of any location.
What You Will Do
- Partner closely with sales to understand challenges or skill gaps of the customer to strategically develop and deliver effective training to meet those needs.
- Deliver in-person training at the customer location or JELD-WEN Learning Centers on products and/or services that JELD-WEN offers.
- Deliver training via live webinar to top tier customers on product, cost & line logic, new product releases, Quick Quote Live, and JELD-WEN resources.
- Conduct two 4-hour sessions of onboarding training for newly hired JELD-WEN Sales employees (Territory Sales Managers & Regional Sales Representatives) via live webinars.
- Develop speaker notes for all trainings.
- Record trainings to be used on the virtual training platform.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop scripts to be used in developing training videos for specific programs as needed.
- Complete monthly key performance indicator (KPI) reporting of training results to track progress and meet training expectations.
- Maintain an updated training calendar to accurately communicate availability and meet weekly/monthly/yearly targets.
- Manage a travel schedule and deliver within the budgeted amount.
- Other duties that may be assigned.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or minimum of 3-5 years related sales experience and/or training preferably in the window and door industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
How You Stand Out
- Experience in the window and door industry.
- Experience dealing with dealers and builders and understanding their businesses.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time to meet the training and business needs.
- Ability to write reports, complete business correspondence, and create new training presentations and tools.
- Leadership skills to effectively present information and respond to questions from all customer types.
- In-depth knowledge and skills of JELD-WEN digital tools: Quick Quote Live, JW.com, Partners Portal.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet project quality expectations and scheduled commitments.

Expected pay for this role is between $59,300.00 to $98,900.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
