Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction
- Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
- Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline
- Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other related industry professionals
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
- Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability
- Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
- Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office
- NMLS is preferred, but not required
- Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, etc.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines
- Experience with Salesforce and Arrive is a plus
Compensation:
$87,500+ at plan earnings
