Real Estate Sales Agent - In-Office Position

This would be an in-office position: 9 am est - 6 pm est, Monday-Friday, and one Saturday per month.
Responsibilities:
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs.
- Follow up with leads to increase sales.
- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume.
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process.
- Follow up with distressed homeowners and make offers on properties, negotiate, and close deals with our world-class training.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Organized and manages time effectively.
- Tech savvy.
- Self-motivation and drive.
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred.
Compensation:
$120,000 per year + competitive commissions + bonuses
