Staff Accountant
$65,000/yr.-$75,000/yr.
Job Summary: This role will be heavily involved in revenue recognition and accounts receivable/general accounting functions. The company is offering work from home options and healthy benefits.
Essential Responsibilities
- Revenue recognition
- Create and distribute invoices to customers timely
- Assist with Accounts Receivable - collections and billing
- Process journal entries
- Maintain account reconciliations
- Assist with Month End and Year End closing procedures
- Complete accounting in ERP System
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of accounting experience - journal entries, AR, reconciliations
- Experience with accounting software
- Strong communication
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MS Excel is a must
