Job Summary:
The Associate System Consultant (Post-Live) will be called on to perform various roles during the course of the post-live cycle for our customers all while maintaining World Class Customer Service. The individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include working with customers on their Open Enrollment Renewals and completing basic Post-Live configuration/system update projects. Their main responsibility will be to complete light configuration, act as a back-stage resource on non-complex projects and complete non-complex Renewal projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams to establish project scope, gather configuration requirements, and set system goals for configuration projects.
- Collaborate with Sr. & Lead System Consultants to complete system configuration updates
- Communicate with customers and internal partners on outstanding technical requests.
- Projects are closed within set timelines and appropriate documentation maintained and uploaded to Salesforce.
- Complete light configuration projects under the oversight of Senior and Lead System Consultants as a backstage resource.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a dynamic environment.
- Communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills are critical for success.
- Ability to appropriately set and manage expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite of software to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Health & Welfare 1+ years’ experience.

The pay range for this position is $23.51 to $44.09 /hour, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
