Position Summary:
The Sr Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reporting month-end and quarter-end financial data for Nestle Health Science US entities. They will provide support on financial reporting requirements to internal customers and ensure compliance with Nestlé reporting policies and systems. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reports.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and report financial results (monthly, quarterly, and annual) while working closely with the operating divisions, corporate functional groups, and other shared services.
- Conduct balance sheet reviews including analytical review and inquiries within the organization to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards.
- Assist with projects relating to financial reporting/accounting operations initiatives, as assigned, such as working capital analysis, balance sheet clean up, etc.
- Gather and interpret financial information effectively and form data into meaningful and concise analyses for decision making and corrective actions.
- Respond to inquiries from various functional areas as needed and prepare and assist in the preparation of required reports for management.
- Support external audits and internal audits by providing requisite details for successful completion of audit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with major in Accounting strongly preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in Accounting/finance functions.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar strongly preferred.
- MS Office Suite proficient.
- CPA or equivalent is a plus!
- External/Internal Audit and Internal Controls experience preferred.

- Ability to work efficiently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
The approximate pay range for this position is $90,000- $104,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
