We have been retained by a specialty lines insurer with a leading M&A insurance practice to lead the search for a Senior Underwriter to focus on underwriting litigation insurance risks, also known as contingent risk liabilities, which is any known legal risk that could have a negative impact on a company or asset's value primarily deriving from disputes. We are keen to speak to experienced Disputes Lawyers from within litigation funding or a disputes lawyer with a clear understanding of what insurance can do for risk.
