Job Title: Staff Auditor

Duration: 6 Months Contract to hire
Shift Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Payrate: $52.50/hr on W2
Description:
Under the direction of a UPS Manager, the individual will assist with planning, organizing, and developing audit programs and perform audit testing of UPS' Hedging and Derivatives program including but not limited to:
- Develop audit programs, process flows, control point analyses, and other audit documentation of the hedging and derivatives and related accounting processes.
- Develop computer queries as part of the audit program development or provide specifications to the Data Analytics Group.
- Complete audit testing of the hedging and derivatives and related accounting processes.
- Complete work paper documentation of testing.
- Summarize audit findings for the audit report.
- Present findings professionally for assigned audit sections during closing meetings.
Minimum Requirements:
An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or other qualified discipline; previous Finance & Accounting audit experience (1-2 years); and/or previous derivative accounting experience; and/or Treasury/Funds Management experience (1-2 years).
Under the direction of a UPS Manager, the individual will also assist with planning, organizing, and developing audit programs and perform audit testing of SOX processes and controls.
