Position Title: Senior HRIS Workday Analyst

Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 DOE
Job Overview
As a Senior HRIS Workday Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our HR Information Systems, particularly focusing on Workday. Your expertise will help streamline our HR processes and data management, supporting our workforce of approximately 1200 employees.
Responsibilities
- System Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday-related configurations, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and security of all HR data across systems.
- Implement and manage Workday modules, including but not limited to HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
- Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to design and implement system enhancements.
- Develop and update workflows to enhance HR operational efficiency.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and manage reports and dashboards in Workday, providing actionable insights to HR and management teams.
- Support decision-making by providing timely and accurate HR metrics and data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and regulations.
- Training and Support:
- Train HR team members and other users on Workday functionalities and updates.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing any system-related queries and challenges.
- Create user manuals, FAQs, and documentation for HRIS systems and processes.
- Project Management:
- Lead HRIS projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure HRIS solutions meet business needs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HRIS, specifically with Workday systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data, particularly in manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in managing large datasets and delivering HR analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Workday HCM required. Additional certifications in other modules preferred.
