Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance Auditor; 0.8FTE; Day Shift
Compensation: Starting $21.20+ commensurate with experience.
FTE: 0.8 Shift: Days (8a-5p) Hours Per Week: 32 Weekends: No Benefit Eligible
Under the direction of the Accreditation and Regulatory Specialist, The Accreditation and Regulatory Auditor will support UnityPoint Health-Meriter's continuous survey readiness efforts by partnering with subject matter experts to conduct medical record audits, site inspections, and tracers to assure compliance with DNV regulatory standards as well as Federal and State regulatory requirements. This position will primarily be responsible for data collection but will also be involved in feedback of information to hospital and clinic leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in healthcare-related field.
- Two years' experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to conduct basic data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in health sciences, business, health/information management, nursing, risk management, or other related field.
- Advanced computer courses.
- Experience with Epic medical record review.
