The Cloud HCM Consultant (Nearshore) will be a member of our HCM Delivery@Scale organization. The D@S is the integrated, remote delivery arm of SAP consulting services, with strength of over 2000 team members. From our near shore and offshore centers, our global talent pool of consultants deliver software and services to customers through both factory and traditional people based approaches. Our team drives value and continuous improvement for our customers through the use of operationally sound processes and basic quality system fundamentals.
Developing our consultants through training, certifications and skill expansion opportunities are key priorities of D@S’s success and offers our people long-term career growth opportunities. Our HCM near-shore center expands SAP’s delivery capabilities within the North American region. We provide SAP’s customers access to the best global network of consultants with expertise in SAP’s latest technologies.
What You'll Do:
- Participate in initial training and acquire certifications in SAP Cloud HCM products, technologies and methodologies
- Support and participate in SAP customer implementations through Prepare, Realize, Verify and Launch phases and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Follow best-practices and standards to create the technical design for the implementation based on the Solution Design Document by the LOB consultant
- Perform application configuration using the tools and features of the product like rules, workflows etc.
- Conduct Quality Assurance/ Feasibility services
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SAP Cloud HCM product-suite configuration options
- Liaison with field consultants & offshore teams for project delivery bridging the gap for localization knowledge & time-zone difference
- Work with LOB Consultants and offshore team to complete implementation projects within budget/time, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and adoption
- Guide and provide assistance to team members nearshore and offshore, on a variety of topics
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs
What You Bring:
- Graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelors or Masters degree in: Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant degree
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification is mandatory
- At least 3+ years consulting experience in ECC / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Experience in global SAP SuccessFactors end-to-end implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors SAP SF HCM Suite particularly payroll
- Must be able to work as a team player, yet have the ability to work independently.
- Analytical, results-driven and have a solution oriented approach
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening
- Open to travel up to 20%

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 92200 - 156800(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
