About the Opportunity
ECH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be strategically partnering with our Leaders to provide advisory services that align to operational objectives and enhance the employee experience. The Human Resources Business Partner acts as a conduit for our strategic objectives through advising, coaching and building the capability of frontline leaders and supervisors to ethically and effectively manage and support our people. The role will work on a number of industrial and change management programs that align to meet operational objectives and enhancing the capability and productivity of our workforce.
About You
You will have a demonstrated knowledge of contemporary human resources practices and ways of working, in addition to an understanding of employment law and the significant reform currently in progress. In a tight-knit team, we are seeking someone who can be adaptable and agile to meet operational demand, while also seeing the bigger picture to work and deliver on strategic and value-add programs of work. You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
