About the Role:
As a CBRE Workplace Strategy Sr. Consultant and a self-managing professional, you will manage the delivery of large to high-profile real estate data management initiatives. This job is part of the Client Consulting function, responsible for advisory services in relation to real estate operations, supporting data management and integrity.
What You’ll Do:
- Grow business relationships with new and existing clients to develop an understanding of data management objectives and needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for various customers and stakeholders, delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Navigate ambiguity to create structure, identifying problems and presenting potential solutions, supporting strategic decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
- Create documentation, including written progress updates, meeting notes, capturing requirements, preparing slide decks, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to develop and maintain project timelines and resources, adapting to changes, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Lead delivery, including project management to identify and mitigate project risks, track tasks, and facilitate meetings.
- Develop and deliver change management and communications plans for features, processes, and tool roll-out.
- Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
- Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.
- Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, anticipating potential objections and persuading others to adopt different points of view.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace communication and collaboration tools.
- Proficient with IWMS.
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

The minimum salary for the Workplace Strategy Sr Consultant position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary is $155,000 annually. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
