The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is critical in supporting local organization effectiveness while executing people initiatives, providing internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence. This role aids and facilitates the human resources processes at all business locations.
The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy, aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Success in this role will require influential partnership with middle and senior management within the organization to execute the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness. The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains strong partnerships with branch and regional managers to provide guidance and interpretation on HR policies and Company culture.
- In conjunction with the Corporate HR team, conducts confidential investigations, presents findings, and recommends resolutions.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Conducts exit interviews, summarizes findings, and discusses trends and concerns with senior management.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Processes required documents supporting the employee life-cycle.
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including HR experience, business partner or generalist experience with data, analysis, trends, reports; or any combination.
- Experience supporting multi-site organizations and/or industrial based groups is preferred.
