What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Quality Consultant, you will:
?? Lead Quality Initiatives: Design, implement, and oversee quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
?? Conduct Audits and Assessments: Perform internal and external quality audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to ISO, FDA, and other relevant regulations.
?? Data-Driven Insights: Analyze quality metrics and trends, providing actionable recommendations to enhance processes and improve product quality.
?? Mentor and Train: Provide guidance and training, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.
What You Bring:
? Experience: Minimum 10+ years in quality assurance or quality management within the biomedical or medical device industry.
? Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of FDA regulations, and other quality standards relevant to the biomedical field.
? Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into strategic initiatives.
? Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
? Problem-Solver: A proactive approach to identifying issues and driving solutions in a fast-paced environment.
