Who We Are and What We Do: Eagle Eye Renovations is a locally owned and operated storm damage restoration company. We specialize in helping homeowners navigate the insurance process of repairing their hail damaged property. We ensure they receive the best possible service while putting on top quality materials, etc. We have established a local following being voted 3 years in a row a neighborhood favorite on Nextdoor and have a healthy google rating, and BBB rating. This allows you to sell our services with confidence.
Compensation: You will be given the opportunity to earn an uncapped commission that ranges from 10%-15% of the total project value! Commissions are paid out partially upon approval, and remainder upon completion! No more waiting months to get paid for your jobs. This is a commission only position. Average commission ranges from $2k-$3k per job sold.
What you will do: Travel to pre determined areas that have been researched and have hail damage. Perform door-to-door sales and assess damage on single family roofs. Once determined their is a need for our services you will build a relationship with the homeowner and help them navigate through the insurance process. This will include helping them file claims, meeting adjusters, interpreting insurance paperwork, product selection, etc. You will remain a contact for customer service through out the process, and will assist in making sure that the homeowners expectations are exceeded.
What you will need: Excellent communication skills Drive to control your own income and to exceed your own goals Self Motivation Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Perferred 1-2 years experience in D2D sales, retail, or customer service.
Our sales reps are trained to close leads. If you are self driven, motivated and have a desire to grow, you will be successful at Eagle Eye Renovations.
