Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide product information and assistance
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Utilize proper etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and tracking
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is desirable but not required
