About the Team
I am one of 5 Practice Managers with implementation teams. My team is very collaborative and support each other. We have a weekly status team meeting where everyone can provide their update, ask questions or pose a scenario for advice. I'm available to the team to support them in growing their knowledge and ensure success.
We are all professional, and we expect each other to be self-motivated, proactive, and provide high quality of work for our clients.
I have 2 Project Managers, 3 Delivery Managers and 9 Consultants on my team throughout North America. The entire Commercial Loan Servicing (CLS) Consulting Services team worldwide has a total of 70 members.
About the role
You'll be responsible for overseeing the technical teams including yourself of various projects and coordinating with FIS technical (System support, Network, and Development) and Business aspects of supporting a client.
You'll ensure continuous and effective services are provided and successful project completion in accordance with contract requirements. You'll also have the chance to identify areas where continuous improvement can be applied to client projects and internal processes.
What you will be doing
You'll be responsible for advising and working on various development projects and coordinating with FIS technical teams (System support, Network, and Development) and using your business knowledge to support the client project.

Requires good working knowledge of FIS systems as well as the industries in which FIS competes for business.
Good working knowledge of C# development and debugging tools.
Experience with Commercial Banking Business.
Skill in LANSA programming including knowledge of C# (API) and SQL.
Understands principles of multiple applications development methodologies and dependencies.
Knowledge of complex functions and features of installed database management platforms.
What you bring
Commercial Lending experience on ACBS or CLS for 5 years or more.
Commercial Banking business knowledge in processing, accounting or analysis.
Communicates both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner.
Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.
Requires human relations, negotiation and documentation skills.
Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $129,990.00 - $218,380.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
