job summary:
Tatum by Randstad is partnering with a large, Las Vegas-based hospitality company with their search for a hands-on Accounts Payable Manager. The ideal Consultant will assist the organization with a number of continuous improvement initiatives within the accounts payable department, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
This onsite position is a 2-4 month long engagement and is an immediate need. The pay range for this engagement is $35/hr. to $40/hr. based on previous experience.

responsibilities:
- Assist Director of Accounts Payable in the areas of vendor management, end-to-end processing, payments, data integrity, compliance, controls and more.
- Support external audit requirements by preparing requested audit information, including process walk-throughs, sample evidence, analytics and responding to audit queries.
- Ensuring that vendors are compliant and set-up within the system correctly.
- Assist with reconciliation of vendor accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Subject matter expert in training of AP processes, as well as ensuring processes are documented and maintained.
qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle, hands-on Accounts Payable management experience.
- Experience with various AP tools such as Concur, Coupa, Red Rock, DataMagine, SAP, etc.; SAP and Red Rock experience highly desired.
- Experience leading/assisting with AP change initiatives to support process improvements.
- Previous experience training teams on Accounts Payable processes, along with the documentation of AP processes.
