The Johns Hopkins Hospital The Ortho, Trauma, & General Surgery Unit (Zayed 11 East) - is a 32 bed adolescent and adult surgical unit. Care and services provided: orthopedics, trauma, and general surgery. The unit has special device worn by all patients for continuous surveillance vital sign monitoring. This device will alert the nurse of abnormal vital signs. Start on this unit as part of our Surgical ICU Bridge Program and be on a path to a Surgical ICU!
All New Graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in our yearlong accredited Nurse Residency Program to facilitate your successful transition into professional nursing practice.
Shifts: Permanent day, night or rotating shifts available; Weekend rotation

Qualifications:
- Associate degree from Accredited Nursing Program required. BSN/MSN matriculation required within 1 year of hire and completion of degree within 5 years of hire.
- Applicants with an Associate's degree JHH provides Tuition Reimbursement towards earning your BSN/MSN
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
- BLS CPR certification required
- No RN work experience required
