JOB PURPOSE OR MISSION: To assess patient's functional level of performance, plan and implement a rehabilitation program based on a team approach and program standards. To periodically and appropriately evaluate patient progress and response to treatment for the age population served, as defined in the department's scope of service.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of one year experience in a medical rehabilitation setting. BS in Recreational Therapy required.
SPECIAL SKILL, LICENSE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Certification (CTRS) or eligible for certification within 6 months of hire.
