Summary of Job Duties: The Clinical Services Manager for Care Management is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations of the designated clinic including patient care and clinic business processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree; Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arkansas.
- Five years of experience in field of Nursing with at least three years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
Preferred Requirements:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or equivalent
- Certification in Case Management (CCM or ACM)

Effective Communication: Ensures each employee has knowledge of and complies with Guest Relations Guidelines, UAMS Code of Conduct, Care Management specific policies, the Patient Rights and Responsibilities, and University Hospital Attendance Policy. Serves as a role model for employees. Evaluates compliance with standards through investigation and documentation of violation with communicated reports.
Professional Development: Actively participates in career growth. Attends 100% mandatory in-services and 80% management meetings in accordance with policy.
Customer Service: Interacts with and assists the public in a professional and friendly manner as needed. Demonstrates effective communication skills; communicates accurate and complete information; maintains strict confidentiality when necessary.
