This 23-bed unit offers an exciting blend of 17 acute care medicine telemetry beds and 6 intermediate care (IMC) beds, where new hires receive comprehensive orientation to both settings. On Nelson 7, you'll encounter highly complex cases that push the boundaries of traditional med/surg/telemetry, offering a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in managing critically ill patients. With RN-to-patient ratios of 4:1 to 5:1 on telemetry and 2:1 to 3:1 on IMC, you'll deliver personalized, high-impact care that truly makes a difference.

Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree, in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred.
Applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered. per nursing guidelines, must matriculate to Bachelors of Nursing program.
- Active BLS via AHA, American Red Cross or Military Training Network at time of hire
- Active Maryland RN or Compact License at time of hire
