REGIONAL FLOAT POOL
Regional Float Pool employees work assigned shifts in multiple program types with unique licensing requirements, settings, and populations and is required to adapt quickly and work effectively with multiple staff teams and staff functions and roles. This requires individuals to adapt to various documentation requirements and platforms.
Your role will cover Telecare's program needs throughout a 10-mile radius in Alameda County.
Full Time: Shift Hours and Days vary as needed.
Staffing Float Pool expected starting wage range is $24.88 - $30.40. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
REGIONAL FLOAT POOL QUALIFICATION
- High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting.
- Certified Nursing Assistant CNA
- Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies.
- Must be willing to work at any assigned program in designated region.
- Experience providing care in multiple program types and various populations.
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
In addition to the basic qualification requirements the following qualifications must be met:
* Experience providing direct care support in multiple program types and various populations
* Demonstrated knowledge of program types, licensing and documentation requirements
* Experience in multiple documentation software or platforms
* Must be willing to work at any assigned shift at any program in designated region
