Job Overview:
Celebrations Speech Group is hiring full-time, salaried, in-person, school-based SLPAs in Oakland & Richmond, CA, to provide exceptional services to our students across various grade levels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct student speech therapy and implement services under the supervision of an SLP.
- Document treatment plans and progress reports accurately, update student progress biannually.
- Assist in scheduling IEP meetings and maintaining speech files.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Current California SLPA License (Required).
- Must be able to work on-site, in-person.
- Education: Associate's Degree in Speech Pathology or a Bachelor’s in Communication Disorders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, collaborative demeanor with a desire to work with diverse populations.
- Exercise good judgment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
