The Hematologic Malignancies Oncology Unit is a 16-bed inpatient unit that provides medical care to adult oncology patients. On this unit, Registered Nurses (RNs) will care for patients with acute leukemia and other hematological malignancies that are receiving intensive chemotherapy regimens. Our hematologic malignancy and hematology patients have access to some of the most innovative and advanced therapies in the world.
All New Graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in our yearlong accredited Nurse Residency Program to facilitate your successful transition into professional nursing practice.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree from Accredited Nursing Program required. BSN/MSN matriculation required within 1 year of hire and completion of degree within 5 years of hire.
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
- BLS CPR certification required
- No RN work experience required

***Nurses hired with an Associate's degree in nursing must enroll in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of your start date.
Salary Range: Minimum $34.00 per hour - Maximum $51.16 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
