The Position
- The Interim Director of Operating Room (OR) will be responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations within the department.
- The Interim Director will oversee multiple areas within the department including 3 main ORs, an endoscopy suite, a C-Section OR room, and PACU.
- This leader will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including staffing and operational stability, key performance metrics, patient flow, and survey readiness.
- Seeking an experienced OR leader who will be willing and able to establish good working relationships with both the Surgeons and staff members throughout the OR.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- BSN is required; MSN is strongly preferred.
- Active compact RN license is required.
- Active AHA and BLS certifications are required.
