- Locations: Culver City and Sherman Oaks
Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing strengths-based assessments of children and families. Identify and prioritize families’ needs across all domains.
- Develop individualized Family Support Team, which includes multi-disciplinary professionals, the child and family, extended family members, and informal community supports.
- Design Family Support Plan, ensuring strategies, interventions and services are family-centered, flexible, and community-based.
- Ensure collaboration and coordination among all agencies and team members involved in the implementation of the Family Support Plan.
- Interface with DCFS, DMH, court systems, schools, health care providers and other community liaisons as appropriate.
- Comply with ethical standards and laws of confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Registered with the BBS as an AMFT, APCC, ACSW, LMFT, LCSW, and LPCC in the State of California
- Minimum one year experience working with parent child interactive therapy
- A passion to work with child-abuse prevention program that serves ages 0-18 as well as at-risk families from the community dealing with substance abuse and domestic violence.
- Strong interest in providing in- home, strength-based, culturally relevant counseling services.
- Ability to function as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing field-based services to multi-cultural population.
- Fluency in Spanish high preferred.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- Must be insurable with agency’s insurance company for driving.

Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs.
