Full-time LACTATION CONSULTANT located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, Ca.
Reporting to the Director of Maternal Child Health, the Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care to maternal and newborn patients. The RN is responsible for maintaining current education and training required for practice. The RN supervises and is accountable for the patient care of all non-RN personnel assigned to work with them.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- BSN or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- IBCLC required
- Current California R.N. license required
- Current BLS (CPR) Certificate required
- 3 years experience in Maternal/Child acute care setting preferred
- Current NRP certificate required (90 days from date of hire to obtain)
- 2 years of teaching community based parent education classes within the last (5) years preferred
