IMMEDIATELY HIRING! Paramedic FULL-TIME Opportunity
Sign-On Bonus with commitment - $15K for Full-Time New Hire Paramedics (Conditions apply)
Salary: $68K-$112K (depending on years of experience) annualized rate DOE, 12-hour shifts consist of daily overtime after 8 hours (42-hour work week). $68K-$112K (depending on years of experience) annualized rate, 24-hour rate shift consists of weekly overtime after a 40-hour work week (56-hour work week).

Responsibilities:
- Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols.
- Utilize your Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced medical care.
- Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given.
- Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed.
- Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
- Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow Paramedics.
Other Responsibilities:
Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.
Required Education/Certifications/Licensures:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- CA State Paramedic License
- CA State Driver's License
- CA State Ambulance Driver's License (from DMV)
- Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Paramedic Certificate (San Diego County card)
- BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic
- Driving record compliant with company policy (from DMV) if contingent offer is made
- Pass Physical Agility Test (PAT)
- Some work experience, preferably healthcare
