Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical staff
- Oversee patient care and ensure adherence to established protocols and standards
- Coordinate and manage patient patient care plans, referrals, clinical and laboratory testing, precertifications for all testing activities, prior authorization determinations.
- Collaborate with physician and other staff to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct assessments, perform procedures, and administer medications as needed
- Educate patients when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards
Skills:
- Proficient in ICD-10 and CPT coding for accurate medical documentation
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques for infection control
- Experience in discharge planning
Proficient in starting and maintaining intravenous infusions, medication delivery, ECG, PFTs, Biometric Testing.
