Job Summary: As a Patient Transporter, you will be responsible for the transfers and transport of non-ambulatory inpatients between nursing units and ancillary departments for diagnostic testing, rehab, therapy, and/or other destinations as assigned to facilitate treatment and health care.
Educational Requirements/Preferences:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Current CPR Heartsaver is required.
- Previous experience in a health care setting desirable.
Shift: PRN (Casual / On-call), Day Shift, Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM). Note: This position is primarily a "Weekend only" position; however, there could be opportunity for work during the week as well.
Salary Range: Minimum 19.00 per hour - Maximum 19.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
