Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager for Fischer-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, OH. The Clinical Nutrition Manager will manage the Clinical and the Patient Services Programs. Fischer-Titus has 99 acute care beds and 69 skilled nursing beds and is committed to high-quality healthcare and community involvement.

The successful candidate will:
- Manage the clinical nutrition program within Fischer-Titus Medical Center;
- Provide supervision, training and development for a small team of Registered Dietitians and patient services staff members;
- Advocate to expand and promote the role of Clinical Nutrition;
- Manage the implementation and management of Sodexo’s meal service program and menu management system;
- Foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development;
- Proactively seek out and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders that is integral to moving efforts of the department forward;
- Drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects;
- Be the primary liaison with the medical and nursing staff and represent the department on hospital wide committees.

- Be a Registered Dietitian with acute care experience and demonstrate a great clinical knowledge base;
- Have proven supervisory or management experience with an aptitude for program growth and development;
- Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills;
- Have experience with regulatory accreditation, regulatory readiness and review, and establishing and maintaining standards of care.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities, the RD/RDN credentials are required at the time of hire. Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities, state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire.
Basic Management Experience: At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
Basic Functional Experience: 3 years as an experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners.
