Work Schedule:
80% FTE, Days and hours are to be determined based on coverage needed within our urgent care clinics. Various shifts between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am - 6:00 pm on weekends/holidays. Urgent Care is open 365 days a year. This position will work up to 45% evenings and weekend shifts. Holidays are assigned on a rotating basis.

are seeking a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to:
- Function as an independent health care provider working collaboratively with a variety of other providers, including family practitioners, internists, pediatricians, and other NP/PAs.
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in an urgent care setting.
- Provide medical care for acute or chronic illnesses or injuries.
- Monitor lab and imaging results and provide follow-up inquires by telephone regarding test results.
- Provide electronic medical care utilizing eVisit and Telehealth platforms.
- Provide APP coverage within the department
Education:
If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
If Nurse Practitioner*:
- Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
- Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Family.
If Physician Assistant*:
- Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
- Active PA board certification
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
