Job Description: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality psychiatric care to our diverse clientele, including conducting assessments, managing medications, and providing therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management and therapy services to clients
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of psychiatric care
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry
- Licensed as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Ohio
- Experience in providing psychiatric care, including assessments and medication management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care
