We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse in Chelsea, MA with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and a team player attitude.
The ideal Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN or LVN) will demonstrate excellent communication and critical thinking skills, paired with a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct nursing care to patients
- Administering medications
- Monitoring vital signs
- Assisting in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Collaborating closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Any state license
- American Heart Association BLS certification
