Program: Supportive Housing - Sussex
Salary: $39,000 - $46,000 annually
Location: Newton,, NJ – Sussex County
Work hours: Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm;/ (40 hours a week)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a member of the multi-disciplinary Community Support Services team, provides resource development, skill development and direct support to assist people who have serious mental illness who are enrolled in CSS to fully integrate into the community of their choice
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the helping professions, such as social work, human services, counseling, psych rehabilitation, psychology, or criminal justice.
- Associate’s degree in one of the helping professions plus a minimum of two years of experience in a community based behavioral health care setting.
- CPRP preferred, for some positions required within first year of service
- Staff with a Bachelor’s degree in a field other than a helping profession will have a minimum of two years of professional experience in a community behavioral health care setting. All other staff should have one year of experience in mental health.
- Certification as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner may be substituted for one year of experience.
- Valid driver’s license required
