Job Summary We are seeking an Audiologist to join our team. We welcome Full Time or Part Time Employees!! In this role, you will assist patients with various hearing and ear-related concerns. Your responsibilities will include evaluating hearing and balance problems, fitting and dispensing hearing aids, and administering hearing tests. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, compassionate, and committed to providing the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities
Examine patients and review their medical histories
Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and immittance testing
Interpret test results and make appropriate recommendations for treatment or further evaluation
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess hearing and balance disorders
Fit and dispense hearing aids, including selection, verification, repair, and counseling on use and care
Educate patient and family members on treatment and communication options
Provide follow-up care
Qualifications
Doctoral degree from an ASHA-accredited program
Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or the American Board of Audiology (ABA)
Previous experience as an Audiologist is preferred, ok to train new graduates
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
